Course Description

In this lesson, you will examine what effective persuasion really entails; it's not just passionately advocating for your point of view or being the loudest voice in the room. You will gather data any evidence that supports your proposed solution and you will evaluate any disconfirming evidence that seems to contradict your assumptions. You will draw connections between a range of possible alternatives and the decision maker's criteria for success. You will also complete an activity in which you summarize and strengthen your analysis of a problem.
