Course Description

Agile doesn't indicate one rigid approach. There are many variations on this theme and several ways you might adapt some elements of an agile philosophy for your own use to get better results on your projects. In this lesson, you will examine some of the different flavors of agile, including scrum and extreme programing (XP). You will explore the ideas of lean and an implementation of lean for project management called kanban. You will also access a tool to help you map the different attributes of each, and consider which are the best options for your implementation needs.
