Course Description

Sometimes as a project leader you have to get involved with what's happening on the project team. Two people may passionately disagree about how to move forward, and you have to get involved in order to bring about a successful outcome. In this lesson, you will examine two recommended strategies: compromising and collaborating. In either of these circumstances you are brokering an agreement between parties who disagree. When will approaching conflict management this way serve your project well? And what will it take to achieve a desirable outcome? This lesson will provide an opportunity for you to examine the circumstances in which it's best to either help people compromise or collaborate on a resolution.
