Course Description

Professors Klingel and Nobles will cover specific diagnostic questions to help you dive deeper into the root of your conflict, which is critical to effectively addressing any workplace conflict. In this lesson, you will explore conflict types and levels. Doing so will help you identify what the conflict is about, along with who is involved. Correctly identifying the type and level of a specific conflict is critical to an accurate diagnosis, which will allow you to start using a problem-solving approach on the conflict. You will also have access to a helpful tool that will assist in diagnosing the type and level of a conflict.
