Course Description

Your exploration of emotional intelligence has encompassed two of the four critical dimensions: social awareness and relationship management. In this lesson, you will find these extend beyond your own personal relationships with friends and colleagues and include your ability to navigate and understand complex social networks within the organization. You will assess your own competence in these areas and look for opportunities to improve. You will also identify helpful strategies you can use to further refine your leadership efforts. You will also create an action plan to guide your efforts, and you will complete an analysis of an excellent leader who has used emotional intelligence to achieve outstanding results.
