Course Description

In this lesson, you will determine why people experience a true sense of inclusion when organizations create an environment where everybody is considered to be both a teacher and a learner. You will also explore a number of mechanisms that influence an organization's climate and have the opportunity to complete three activities comparing inclusion across companies and within work groups.
