The webinar component of the Certificate is an opportunity to connect with senior ILR faculty at Cornell and participate in live discussions with peers and instructors about critical HR topics. Webinar and discussion topics may include managing talent, HR leadership strategy, employee relations, diversity, managing for execution, and compensation and benefits issues. These webinars are about identifying and sharing best practices and deepening your understanding of topics that may be of special interest or difficult to grasp. Executive HR Leadership participants have access to the entire library of archived HR webinars.
This is an online graduate-level program for HR managers, directors, VPs, and HR professionals already in or aspiring to senior and executive-level leadership positions. You will cultivate critical leadership skills, learn top-level negotiation and coaching techniques, and come away with a greater understanding of how to execute your role in facilitating organizational change. You will also share experiences with fellow students, gain practical ideas and a lasting network of resources
