Course Description

Ideally, inclusion is fully aligned and integrated across the organization, and that means at the organizational level, at the level of management, and at the work-group level. In this lesson, you will examine that question as well as the importance of how employees experience belongingness and feeling valued. You will also learn how this relates to the possibility they may be experiencing pseudo-inclusion. Finally, you will complete an activity to help you begin identifying gaps for inclusion.
