Course Description

In this lesson, you assess existing organizational practices to determine whether their design and implementation improve (or exacerbate) unconscious bias. You will receive a tool to help conduct that assessment and identify possible interventions that can help mitigate unconscious bias. You will hear from Professor Nishii on recommended strategies and solutions for disrupting unconscious bias as well as from an expert practitioner, General Mills VP, Tiffanie Boyd on how to ensure women and minorities are not only represented, but heard within their organizations.
