Course Description

This lesson introduces you to the fundamentals of effective sales calls. An effective sales call is one that leads to the outcome you set out to achieve. You will examine the anatomy of a good sales call, and review the customer life cycle while identifying how knowing the difference between the customer and the buyer can help you plan and execute an effective sales call. Additionally, you will hear an expert perspective on how top sellers prepare for calls and manage deals, and complete an activity where you will practice creating a call plan.
