Course Description

In this lesson, you will explore candidate sourcing and the role that your employment brand plays in recruiting by analyzing the research related to candidate sourcing and what are considered best practices in the field of HR. You will examine Realistic Job Previews (RJPs) and expectations that job candidates have regarding the recruitment process. You will also analyze competing talent needs and identify key considerations in your recruitment decision-making. The work you will do in this lesson will position you to more effectively recruit and attract the candidates who are in the best position to help your organization meet its business goals.
