Course Description

An essential element of any strategic staffing effort is to put steps in place to plan for the workforce that will serve you well in the future. In this lesson, you will identify ways to balance staffing needs with the availability of skilled workers. You will also explore creative ways to address staffing overages and shortages. By examining Professor Hausknecht’s guidelines for effective forecasting of workforce needs, you will determine how to put the right number of appropriately skilled people into place.
