Course Description

In this lesson, you will examine your staffing philosophy and consider ways of aligning it with your organizational goals. This is a critical part of the process of attracting and retaining the right people to execute on your business needs. You will examine research related to hiring based on candidates’ merit over any of their personal characteristics. You will explore staffing systems, including how they help link positions with your organizational strategy and support legal defensibility. You will also be given the opportunity to execute a job analysis, which will effectively position you to make the hiring and staffing decisions that will serve your organization well.
