Course Description

In this lesson, you will examine the essential steps in designing an effective performance management system. Then you will address factors such as timing, rating, and tools to use in the process. You will also explore system designs, including those that are political, rational, and participative. As you review the need for trade-offs in your system design with Professor John Hausknecht, you will enhance your ability to recommend appropriate performance management solutions.
