Course Description

How should you evaluate your training? When should you design your evaluation methods? What should you consider when reviewing evaluations and reports on training results? In this lesson, you will explore different methods of training evaluation, when to use them, and how to include them in your instructional design. Using Kirkpatrick’s framework, you will analyze training evaluation, and identify the need to incorporate effective evaluation techniques throughout your training by starting in the design phase. You will also examine key elements in evaluating data and results in order to determine when—and when not—to use ROI.
