Course Description

In this lesson, Professor Chris Collins defines and describes the aspects of a successful feedback meeting. This meeting is worthy of close attention because it’s usually the time when a client makes a decision about a possible solution. You will examine the purpose of the meeting and how best to structure it. You will consider ways of selecting, organizing, and presenting the data that will lead you to your conclusions. You will also consider how to assess and handle client's reactions to your findings, and how to help the client reach a decision on whether to proceed with implementing a solution.
