Course Description

As a leader, it is your responsibility to help your team believe in its ability to deliver on its goals. Not doing so would be a disservice to your team and organization. Self-efficacy is the flip side of goal-setting. In this lesson, you will determine how to build your self-efficacy - your belief that you can accomplish a particular task or action. You will also explore the impact that decision fatigue can have on your ability to make good decisions, which is the first step in managing your scarce, self-regulatory resources. Additionally, Professor Allan Filipowicz will share a practice that can increase your self-regulation endurance, as well as how to use implementation intentions to build habits.
