Course Description

In this lesson, you will examine some of the critical questions that leaders have to ask themselves in order to be effective in leading and sustaining change. You will also examine four critical arenas: organizational goals, culture, structure, and job design. You will hear from Professor Samuel Bacharach on research related to a change agenda, as well as from expert Chris Proulx on his insights related to change. Finally, you will have the opportunity to outline your own working agenda for change.
