Course Description

As a leader within your organization, you want to be able to anticipate where trends are headed, what the next big thing will be, or what new innovations and improvements might be best suited to help to move your business forward. In this lesson, you will explore how you can be an effective change agent. You will also explore your own leadership tendencies: Do you lean toward being proactive or reactive in the face of changing circumstances? You will analyze four classic organizational models and consider where your organization fits in. These models will also allow you to examine the ways that you can frame a change process effectively. Finally, you will assess yourself and your organization through the lens of change leadership.
