Course Description

Preparing for negotiation is critically important. You need to categorize the issues to be negotiated, decide how many issues you need to negotiate, and figure out whether you are negotiating with the person who has the power to come to agreement. In this lesson, you will access a helpful tool that will position you to proceed through the four critical steps of planning a negotiation. You will have an opportunity to identify your unique negotiation zone, and participate in an activity that will help you prepare yourself for negotiations in the workplace and beyond.
