Course Description

In this lesson, you will examine why negotiation is a learned skill that all leaders and managers need. You will view some common misconceptions about negotiators and negotiations and consider some of the key factors that affect how and when you negotiate. Professor Samuel Bacharach will describe some of the significant factors that influence how you proceed in a negotiation, and Professor Michele Williams will discuss how gender differences influence negotiations.
