Course Description

Effective collaboration among team members requires three key elements: trust, a group identity, and belief in the team’s ability. To achieve these elements, the purpose of the team must be identified. In this lesson, you will define the purpose of your team as you create your team mission and team vision. You will begin by exploring the collaborative skills of your team. Using the Collaboration Guide, you will then create a collaboration plan for your team. Finally, you will develop a plan to bring synergy and build the collaborative skills of your team.
