Course Description

Teams can quickly and effectively leverage their combined skills to adapt to shifting customer markets and produce extraordinary results. Transforming a work group into a team takes conscious effort and begins with you diagnosing your team. In this lesson, you will link the impact of teams to organizational success and evaluate your assumptions as a leader. You will explore process and outcome roles with Professor Walsh, then assess the behaviors and communication patterns of your team using the Team Behavior Assessment tool.
