Course Description

A critical consideration for employee behavior relates to special employee requests you may receive relating to religion, disability, family needs, or other special circumstances. In this lesson, you will examine those special employee requests. You will consider the obligation you have as a manager to find a balance between employee and organizational needs. You will also have the opportunity to apply these concepts and principles in an activity where you will describe a specific request and outline how you would respond to it.
