Course Description

The issue of underestimating the amount of time it will take to do a certain task is universal. Evaluating your use of time will help you reflect on how you use your time so you can set goals for your future use of time. In this lesson, you will complete a time log that allows you to evaluate your own use of time. This will help you identify what you are doing with your time and whether or not the time you are spending is helping you achieve the right priorities. You will learn about the planning fallacy and how it can be avoided. You will also observe the important differences between procrastination and distraction and what you can do to avoid them.
