Course Description

In order to evaluate how well you are using your time, you need to set priorities and recognize the different time cycles you work on. Often, if you take a step back, you can make adjustments that enable you to meet all your priorities. In this lesson, you will hear about the history of time and how time has been socially created. You will be introduced to seven levels of priorities, and then reflect on your organization and team. You will also use a tool to determine how often you need to conduct an audit in order to realign tasks and time to priorities.
