Course Description

Being an effective manager requires you to define standards and make sure the team has goals. You need to be aware of what is happening with your team and how the work is progressing. In this lesson, you will examine various management practices. More specifically, you will consider what techniques and strategies are the best fit for your situation and your personal management style. You will then consider how to best monitor performance and what metrics will be most useful.
