Course Description

Being present is a very important skill for leaders, and one that greatly impacts your ability to effectively communicate. You will need to be able to listen and show that you are listening using appropriate nonverbals to be successful at showing presence. In this lesson, you will have a chance to reflect on your own presence before Professor Pam Stepp dives into the definition and examples of presence. She will cover both listening and nonverbals before providing you with guidelines on how to improve your presence.
