Course Description

As a leader of an organization, you must be able to assess the value of remote work for your organization. Where there is value, you will want to assess the readiness of the organization, and the people and processes needed for effective implementation. In this lesson, you will identify how organizations use remote work to meet their objectives and challenges. You will explore the business and human-capital drivers of remote work and determine how to establish a stakeholder team with roles and responsibilities for creating a remote work environment. You will also review strategies for communicating the benefits of remote work and how it aligns with organizational strategy. Finally, the Remote Work Project Charter template will be presented as a framework for developing a plan to communicate and get approval from stakeholders.
