Course Description

When handling a situation that is well-suited to a coaching intervention, it’s necessary to make sure you have a clear and complete picture of what is happening. By following a disciplined approach to developing a working hypothesis, you greatly improve your chances for a positive coaching outcome. In this lesson, you will identify a potential coaching situation, apply a three lens analysis to identify possible explanations for what was going on, develop a working hypothesis, and identify questions to test that hypothesis.
