Course Description

The HR function has evolved from the simple hiring, benefits and disciplinary role of an earlier generation to one that strongly drives success for the organization through its engagement with individuals. In this lesson, you will examine how HR leaders function as coaches, and explore guidelines for effective HR coaching sessions. You will determine what programs exist, gain a sense of employee awareness and attitudes toward these programs, and consider your organization’s appetite for an ongoing coaching program.
