Course Description

In this lesson, you will be exposed to different types of rewards within a job offer, and you will use the compensation calculator to analyze multiple job offers. You will identify ways to align your compensation strategy with your talent strategy. As you consider different types of rewards and how they can be valued differently, you will identify the impact this has on organizational HR decisions.
