Course Description

Looking at a graphical representation of the work that needs to get done is one tool for managing a complex project with many different activities and resources. By doing so, you’ll be able to surface problems and opportunities: you’ll be able to spot any areas in which activities will be accidentally overlapping or where you can make adjustments to assignments to keep work moving ahead. It’s not always easy for project managers to estimate activity durations, and in this lesson, you will examine some recommended strategies for doing so very effectively. You will explore the essential elements of a project network, and also examined the critical path method, which helps you figure out the earliest possible start time and end time each activity can have without lengthening the total project duration.
