Course Description

What does “success” mean? It means that your project is delivered on time, on budget, and it produces the needed results, either for the customer or for your organization. You have to work within the constraints of time and resources to make that happen. In this lesson, you will study the importance of providing clarity in the desired outcomes and required methods for a project. You will learn how to develop a work breakdown structure, which is a critical project management tool that identifies the hierarchy of activities to be completed. You will also examine key concepts related to project life cycle, complexity, and scope. These are all critical areas for project managers to fully understand and to continue to work with and refine on an iterative basis throughout the project.
