Course Description

This course is designed to provide Cornell employees who have completed HR300 “Employee Responsibility — Sexual and Related Misconduct (Full Course)” with an annual refresher on two important University policies: Policy 6.4 and Policy 6.3. Cornell employees are required by law to review the information covered within HR300 on an annual basis. As a result, this course contains videos that are repeated from HR300. Policy 6.4 prohibits bias, discrimination, harassment, and sexual and related misconduct, while Policy 6.3 prohibits certain otherwise consensual relationships when there is a risk that such relationships may lead to an inequitable working or learning environment.

If you would like to review the full course that you have already completed, please visit your CULearn Completed Learning dashboard and re-launch the course from there. Please note, however, that you are required to complete HR301 to meet your annual requirement.
