Course Description

In this 50-minute workshop-style talk attendees will discover how to blend the age-old practices of mindfulness and meditation with veterinary practice to better process the stressful aspects of the veterinary day-to-day. This session covers evidenced-based research and anecdotal best practices, so that attendees may benefit from the concepts and skills presented by incorporating practical and tangible use of mindfulness and meditation into their lives.
