Course Description

This will not be the proverbial angry client lecture. Instead, this session is designed to help you identify an array of situations in which emotions tend to run high and why it may feel like every statement is ending with an exclamation point. We will explore techniques to help successfully navigate these encounters, leading to more positive interactions, greater trust building and better outcomes.

  • Be able to identify the "why behind the what" - identify base emotions when secondary emotions may be muddying the waters
