Course Description

This lecture will provide guidance on how to reduce fear, anxiety, and stress in your patients during routine exams and procedures. This will include a variety of low stress restraint methods, how to know when to stop pushing for more, how to read body language and recognize the risk for aggression, and how to create a low stress environment in your clinic.
