Course Description

After grapes have been grown, they can be turned into wine. The primary tasks at this point are determining how to crush the grapes, whether adjustments need to be made to the juice, and how to manage the fermentation process. In this lesson, you will consider all of these stages and how they affect the final product. You will also explore your sense of taste so that you can identify and correctly describe your preferred flavor and aroma profiles.
