Course Description

In this lesson, you will determine if data can be realistically collected on the indicators you’ve identified. You will also determine how the required data will be collected and identify trustworthy and practical sources. Once you have identified your data sources, you'll compare the two main methods of data collection, explore how to effectively collect results data based on different program structures, and consider how to extract realistic data. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to examine the elements of a progress report and how different constituents require different types of information in a report. Lastly, you will consider why evaluation matters and define the characteristics of a good evaluation.
