Course Description

Once a product team has completed the hard work of designing and developing a new product, it is time to release the product to the market — and that requires planning. When done right, launching a product into the marketplace is embraced by eager customers and brings satisfaction and fulfillment to the product manager as well as others involved in the product's design and development. In this lesson, you will examine the collaboration required for a successful launch. You'll determine how to capture feedback from launch stakeholders and participants, and how to implement lessons learned. You will review the product life cycle and examine possible paths to take when a product nears the end of its life cycle. You'll assess the importance of customer satisfaction throughout all phases of the product's life.
