Course Description

A well-documented set of user stories and requirements is a good start toward product success, but your focus on customer needs can't stop there. A customer-centric approach to product management includes seeking and addressing feedback from existing and prospective customers both before and after the product is launched to the market. In this lesson, you will consider how to work with others on your product team (researchers, designers, etc.) to implement a variety of processes to obtain pre- and post-release feedback. You will see examples of how innovative companies often set up comprehensive feedback systems that enable them to incorporate ongoing customer input into their development and product enhancement efforts. You'll assess how proofs of concept, prototypes, and minimum viable products can be used in testing and feedback processes.
