Course Description

The forces affecting your brand, both within the brandscape and outside of it, create a number of potential threats to your brand and potential opportunities for your brand. Once you’ve identified the threats and the opportunities, how do you begin to figure out what to do next? In this lesson, you will learn a new twist to the SWOT analysis standby that will enable you to identify potential strategies to strengthen your brand’s position. You will complete an analysis to identify potential strategies to capitalize on opportunities to protect your brand from threats, and position it for long-term health and success.
