Course Description

Perspective taking is entailed in every distinction you make and every system and relationship you identify. The ability to identify the perspectives implicit in all information you encounter—and to consider and apply alternative perspectives—is a tremendous aid in problem solving and consensus building. In this lesson, you will explore how we form a point-of-view and practice identifying perspectives that frame the problems and situations around you. You will analyze the consequences of taking various perspectives and determine how being more explicit about these perspectives will enable you to solve the conflicts and problems you face.
