Course Description

When you think about influencing others, you are usually hoping for a very specific behavioral outcome. It is driven by environmental and situational factors, as well as by each person's personality, circumstances, motivations, and goals. As a leader, you can actually work to shape environmental and situational factors to promote a desired behavioral change. In this lesson, you will observe several examples of negative behaviors to see how environmental and situational factors encouraged those behaviors. You will explore how to leverage one of the most powerful drivers of behavior - the external environment - to more consistently get the behaviors you are hoping for.
