Course Description

What do you consider excellence in terms of your team of co-workers? How are you going to define that for your team? Some organizations measure excellence only in terms of revenue or market share; others will consider excellence in terms of customer experience and employee job satisfaction. In this lesson, General Casey will guide you as you consider how you define excellence (that is, set clear standards of performance) within your organization, and you will explore strategies for instilling a shared vision of excellent performance within your work group.
