Course Description

A decision matrix is the quantifying tool to get you, your team, and your stakeholders on the same page regarding the decisions made around your system. Once your decision matrix is in place, you can quickly assess the decision factors and interpret the results to evaluate any possible solution. In this lesson, you will establish relative importance, or weighting, for criteria. You will normalize the metric scores, which provide the means for you to interpret results and measure performance in a fair and consistent way. You will also develop a decision matrix around these metrics and apply justifiable weights, as well as create an evaluation tool that accounts for the needs and priorities of your customers.
