Course Description

Staffing dictates the delivery of your objectives and goals, so it is necessary to assess your people-related returns. By evaluating your people-related returns in addition to your financial and strategic returns, you will gain a holistic view of your total rewards program. In this lesson, you will use a framework created by Dr. Barrington and Dr. Thomas to assess people-related returns for two sample organizations: the Workstations group, and the San Diego self-managed teams. This will enable you to critically assess your people-related returns for performance pay and aid in your compensation decision making.
