Course Description

Compensation is intended to motivate people and drive behaviors that lead to positive financial performance for an organization. A return on investment is expected, or at least desired, by most organizations. In this lesson, you will examine the costs and benefits of several compensation elements. Through case studies and two activities, you will apply the steps outlined by Dr. Thomas as you begin to frame the financial return on various compensation investments.
