Course Description

Choosing the elements of your compensation package are some of the most important decisions you'll make. Of course, you'll want to do this while keeping your organizational mission and strategy in mind. In this lesson, you will select the best elements of performance pay for your organization. Through two activities you will demonstrate your ability to make compensation decisions that incorporate a wide array of considerations, including internal and external factors, cultural alignment, performance levels, and the organization's ability to pay now and over time. You will also learn to evaluate your total rewards strategy.
